Open Subscription to see your plan and how many locations it allows. Then create only the live locations you really need now.
Before you start
- Know how many real locations need their own stock, staff, cash or reports.
- Check whether your current plan already covers that number.
- Keep test ideas separate from the locations that will be used every day.
Step-by-step guide
- Open Subscription and check your plan, billing state and location count.
- Count the locations that truly need separate day-to-day work.
- Create those locations in Branches and give them clear names.
- Before adding more locations, check the number again against your plan.
How to confirm it worked
- The number of live locations stays inside your plan.
- Every location name matches a real shop, store or team.
- The owner knows when a bigger plan is needed.
Common mistakes
- Using live locations for testing or training only.
- Ignoring the location count until setup is blocked.
- Putting several real locations under one location when they need separate control.
