Before the free trial ends, check billing, location count, settings and staff access. Then test one real task in each live location. Do not wait until the last day.
Before you start
- Know the free trial end date and the plan you want to keep.
- Make sure each live location already has its name, money and time settings, and at least one tested staff login.
- Keep the owner or billing contact ready to finish any payment step.
Step-by-step guide
- Open Subscription and review the free trial date, billing state and location count.
- Check that every live location is already set up and that test locations are not part of the live rollout.
- Test one real task in each live location, such as POS, stock check, repair intake or reporting.
- Finish the billing step before the trial ends, then log in again and confirm normal access continues.
How to confirm it worked
- The business account stays open after billing is completed.
- Location count, staff access and live work still behave normally.
- The owner knows who will watch billing and plan changes later.
Common mistakes
- Waiting until the trial has already ended before checking billing.
- Changing the plan without first checking the number of live locations.
- Saying setup is complete without testing one real task in each location.
